The Kapita Monarchy
The Kingdom of Kapita is known for its stained glass and glassware art exports, and its political monarchy is run by a king and queen. Their location is kept secret, so that any negative actions towards the leaders is extremely hard to pull off. Under the king and queen sits a council of representatives of the population of Kapita. Through debate, similar to some other forms of government, the citizens of Kapita are able to debate certain laws or policies they would like to see put in place. Ideas are taken to the six houses of Kapita, House Sol, Lunarian, Flamos, Aeros, Mechanicus, Forge, where each house meets in one area to discuss new policies. These meetings are rare, as Kapita is already run with 94% approval rate of already implemented policies and rules.
