A company's goal is always profit, and the highest possible profit they can be made, that is no different here. The people of Arnin and the Mark will enjoy the benefits of this, as will I and my family. For the only difference is that Von Holzen Ltd's goals are for both Arnin, and our dynasty.

Structure

Stateholder

The head of Von Holzen Ltd is the Stateholder, an office elected by the Board, who can be anyone, but more often is a member of the Board. The Stateholder's role is to set the direction of Von Holzen Ltd, and be the direct line with the Von Holzen family in Dithmarburg.

Board Members

The Board are the ones that run day to day operations, and input for the Stateholder the situation and advise on future moves for the company. They are also the people who elect a new Stateholder when needed.

Foremen

The foremen run the operation on the ground, organzing workers, giving the board information, employing new workers. The foremen are a gritty but important foundation of the company.

Public Agenda

The company has always had two aims in their goal of maximizing profits, to serve Arnin, and the Von Holzens. Methods and balance has changed over the years, but these two groups have been the stakeholders of the company for it's long history.
