Vezforo
Cold, dry, and sarcastic, Vezforo rarely considers anyone as even approaching being his equal, and cares even less about elevating them. He will often toy with providing just hints of knowledge to whet others' desire for more, then withhold the rest, encouraging them to seek out their answers themselves. He guards forbidden knowledge from the unprepared, and safekeeps the secrets entrusted to him. No secret can be kept from him, for he is the embodiment of secrets and the forbidden. Any secret enters his knowledge immediately upon it existing, but the likelihood of him acting upon it or speaking of it is slim - it is not his nature.
As part of his nature, Vezforo is compelled to keep any secrets explicitly entrusted to him, to the extent where he can't speak of them even should he want to. In addition, if secrets are entrusted to him in person, his power is passively called upon to keep them secret. The only loophole is between individuals who fall equally under his domain - in which case, while he still won't say anything, his power won't block them from learning each others' secrets themselves.
He uses this to encourage his followers to hunt each others' secrets while safeguarding their own.

Divine Symbols & Sigils
A slightly tilted x-like cross within a circle, with the edges of the x being slightly outside the circle. It is frequently engraved upon a silver or wooden surface, forming a depression that is sometimes partially filled with a dull, dark green pigment. This is Vezforo's holy symbol, worn by his clergy and blackguards, and branded onto the left forearm of anyone who has Vezforo's favor.
Tenets of Faith
-You must not expect knowledge to be handed out to you. Clues will be given, but otherwise you must seek it out.
-If you feud with another follower, your secrets are not automatically safe. It is your job to keep whatever secrets you want from them, a test of skill and aptitude of you both. Vezforo does not take favorites in these matters.
-Seek out and discover everything you can, but keep as silent and vague as possible about your findings. Only exception is writing a book to document your knowledge for the church library, to preserve it in the event of your death.
-Secrets are secrets for a reason, and forbidden knowledge is forbidden for a very good reason. Do not speak of the secrets you hold any more than strictly necessary, and prepare yourself whenever you seek to delve the depths of the forbidden. Exercise caution - you are useless to yourself if you degenerate into a gibbering loon.
-Seek to be in command of yourself at all times, even if (and especially if) everything around you is chaos.
-Do not worship if you do not genuinely believe in the tenets and goals. There are other deities and Vezforo cares not for false followers.
-Respect and reverence of other deities where appropriate is allowed, as is conversion to another religion if you feel it to be right. Do not interfere with others' ability to follow the right spiritual path for them.
-Be intelligent with your prayers. Vezforo is not your housemaid, so pray only about things relevant to him if you seek to avoid your deity's displeasure.
Holidays
None. Vezforo doesn't particularly care about holidays, considering them glorified nonsense, and so his faith has no official holidays. He does not, however, prevent his followers from celebrating whatever holidays they wish, so long as it does not interfere with their duties.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Vezforo is primarily focused on safekeeping exceedingly dangerous knowledge - information that runs the risk of unleashing divine-tier devastation (worse than nuclear weaponry), or which can cause warped perception or detachment from reality. He works to ensure this information never falls into unprepared hands, and does his best to keep it out of the hands of others - including other deities - the best he can.
While non-aggressive if left to his own devices, when provoked by someone ignoring all warnings and getting close to information Vezforo doesn't want them to have, he can be incredibly vicious and even vindictive. Should he deem it necessary to keep certain knowledge hidden, Vezforo has been known to willingly and deliberately commit genocide without hesitation, as well as start whole divine wars.
Beyond this, Vezforo retains the great curiosity he had before his ascension, and spends much of his time continuing to learn more of the universe.
