Nethyr makes a deal with Sileeris to become immortal. Sileeris is given command of a region of Elemental Land, and sought to take full dominion of the Elemental Plane of Crystal. He fails miserably, angers Nethyr, and creates the Yk'alinne (Crystalline Vampires) and the Will o' Wisps.
