Tribe Gol Pupe'chise

Tribe Gol Pupe'chise (Friend Eaters) are a tribe of Naa'gaea that resemble the snake family Colubrinae, which consist of King Snakes, Rat Snakes, Twig Snakes, and Indigo Snakes, as well as the infamous Boomslang. The Gol Pupe'chise are infamously known as cannibals, often having a higher consumption of snakes, and have been known to ritualistically eat other Naagaea. Incredibly, they are often immune to most snake and Naagaean Venoms, and are hated by other Naagaean Clans and Tribes. They are found throughout Eveynjar, but are noticeably fewer in number in Northern Eveynjar, Urrudea, and Fahliilenjar, and are generally not welcome in most cities due to their tendency to eat their kin.

Despite the hatred towards their tribe, the Gol Pupe'chise only eat Naa'gaea who have fallen for the vices of the ancient Snake God their people attempted to awaken and destroy their competitors with. Seeing this as an abomination before the True God, Gol Pupe'chise are raised with the goal of rooting out evil and ensuring their prey are dispatched, whether through constriction or hemorrhage-inducing venom. Because of this training, most peoples of Eveynjar see a Gol Pupe'chise as a dangerous beast despite their altruistic goals.

Venom Immunity

Due to your people's preying on snakes and your kin, you are resistant to poison damage and immune to the side effects of Snake and Naa'gaean Venoms.

Powerful Constriction

Your body is made in such a way that it rivals the constricting power of the Du Pe'cuamad (Great Constrictors). When you make your constricting grapple action, you deal 2d6 bludgeoning damage instead of 1d4 every time the target fails the saving throw.

Hemorrhaging Venom

Your venom is incredibly potent. When you make the bite action, the target must make a Fortitude saving throw (DC = 8 + your Fortitude modifier). On a fail, the target takes 1d10 necrotic damage and the target is hemorrhaged for 1 minute.

Hemorrhaged Condition. The target gains serious internal bleeding for the duration. For the duration, the target takes 1d10 necrotic damage at the end of its turn and the beginning of the round. For every round under this effect, the target gains 1 level of exhaustion. This effect can be ended prematurely by being healed by the effects of a potion that ends the condition or a spell that heals conditions such as poisoned or petrified.

Destroyers of the Snake God

In time forgotten, it was your people who destroyed the Snake God the Naa'gaea attempted to bring into the world. With agents who still serve that god still found across Eveynjar, you and your tribe have tasked themselves with rooting out this evil. As such, you possess one of the following skills:

  • One Awareness skill of your choice.
  • One Wisdom skill of your choice.
  • One Combat skill of your choice.
  • the Divination School skill
  • the Physical Vol Nah Ku'uh skill
  • the Soul Magic Skill
