Tribe Du Pe'cuamad

The Du Pe'cuamad or Great Constrictors are a tribe of Naagaea native to Southern Eveynjar, with the exception of Yandaijar. Overall, they resemble pythons, boas, and other constrictor snakes, granting them superior climbing skills and powerful muscles, giving them the ability to squeeze the life out of any enemy caught in their coils. Their greatness is evident in their immense size, as their bodies can reach a length of 20 feet and weight as much as a thousand pounds.

Despite their impressive sizes, most Du Pe'cuamad possess very docile natures, seemingly enjoying the companions that aggregate around them. Instead, it is their indifference to smaller races that keep them from becoming snake snacks. Instead, Du Pe'cuamad often target large prey, using their massive forms to break bones or suffocate their prey. This is further makes them heroes in the eyes of the small folk, who are terrorized by creatures like Giant Crocodiles, Terror Birds, and Dragons.

Interestingly, Du Pe'cuamad further classify themselves into three distinct clans: the Nan Pe'frispu or Sand Burrowers, the 'Irto Peer'nunso or Tree Climbers, and the Sed Pe'gerdin or River Lurkers.
