Smithery in the World of Ethenrea
Though our world may be one world where magic and the ability to use its is quite prevalent, it is important to note the skill and ability of ours to use tools and defend ourselves with strong armors. Magic is not for everyone, but anyone can up a blade and use it with some skill, and as such great smiths come to learn the greatest of crafts in the Nation of Forges, the Home of the Dwarves, Dvarheim. For those who wish to learn our craft without embarking on the great trek to this mountain nation, I implore you to read this book, study it, and learn so that you may as well defend your lands from the threats that face it.
- an addendum is added just below this paragraph, which states: "If you are unfortunate to find your skills in the employ of evil organizations such as Empyria or within the borders of the Evona'e'Maroknaa, I suggest that you use any means to escape such places and fight against those that would oppress its people."
Within this manual, I will explain the tools of the trade, various weapons and armor schematics, and the differences and abilities that each can grant those that wield them, as well as how to make components to modify these works, so as to make the tools that any person uses unique to the wielder, and secure a steady income for your own Forges. Additionally, a fellow of mine, a Naaludai by the name of Frenkir Ivor-light will be publishing his own book on what materials are available to use and how to work them, though at writing of this manual, I am unaware of the name he will choose.
