Emberdenn
The Capital of Kalthinjar, Emberdenn lies on an island in the center of the Lake of Garnan. Founded by Garnan the intrepid, it spent most of its history as a inland port and fishing village. It wasn't until Aludrym burned down the previous capitol, which now rests underneath Nul'vanne, that Emberdenn's role changed. Being far more central, it made for the perfect place for a centralized government, which is known as the Ember Court.
The city itself is run by the provincial judge Xilonen, whose family has been running the city since the making of Emberden.
