Dragon Shouts

Rather than working as normal magic, dragon shouts are a magic that is learned by the spirit, and that is how it is used. As such, it can only be learned as a feat, and as you learn the specific shout, you take its meaning into you. For example, when you learn the shout Unrelenting Force, you learn the meaning of the words behind it, which prevent you from being knocked down, and any melee attack you deal has a chance of knocking an enemy prone. Dragon Shouts are made of 3 words of power, and once completed have an effect completely unique to that shout. If a player wishes to, these words of power can be used to transform them into a dragon themselves. Consult your DM to determine what type of dragon you want to be, and what words will define you.

Manifestation

Dragon Shouts are just as varied as any normal magic, from fire breaths to reinforcing shouts, to reigning death from the sky or even turning to the dragon.

Localization

Only the Children of Eldyr are able to fully unlock its power.
