Second Planar War

A second instance of otherworldly forces suddenly appear across Anazar terrorizing and enslaving the people. The conflict waged on for centuries until they were finally pushed back by the Great Leader Sabaf Vazar. Many artifacts and weapons created during this time are of superb quality and have stood the test of time. Despite winning the war and uniting the continent, much of this technology and knowledge was forgotten. Some speculate that at the time there was a belief that such weapons and ideas were unnecessary and dangerous, and as such, not practiced or passed down.
