A big divide between rich and poor, high poverty  the majority is humans, with other races mixed in, going Human > Elves > dwarf > halfling > other races >> Tiefling = Aasimar Humans have the majority of the power and wealth. with other races having a hard time rising in rank. the only exception is if someone has proven themself in the military Racial tensions, Humans VS REst of them?

Government

In this city, there is a split in Rulership with one person ruling the military branch, Chossen by the emperor, and one ruling the Civilian branch Rules by The Ulsternberg bloodline. there is a Distrust between the 2 branches.

Started as a logging village and as the city built up around it manufacturing switched to focus more on weaponry as the small Ulstian militia formed into a formidible army.

Infrastructure

functional Roads, and where the military presides it is well maintained civil services, and then some are in the government section and the noble quarters, most other places is filled with slums with badly maintained roads and a low guard presence.
