Uthemar Withrethin

This Drow gentleman, if he can be refered to as such, is the quiet and broody owner of The Dark Hound tavern in Tor Uviel. It is believed he originally hailed from the Underdark, from one of the many Drow cities down there, and emerged with some of the first to return to the light from Dhala Mugen.
He is an incredibly quiet and private individual, sharing only the minimum about himself when heavily encouraged. For lack of better expression, generally speaking, Uthemar is rude; blunt and if he is opinionated he is very quiet about it.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Uthemar is a little tall for an Elf, standing at around 6"4 in height and weighing around 140lbs. He is not conventionally attractive as Elves go, with a slightly more square jawline and crooked nose; eyes which sit a little too close together and permanently affixed scowl.
He has very long, very straight white hair and cold blue eyes, stark against his darker purple skin tone and jet black tattoos.

Apparel & Accessories

Black. Grey. Dark green. Everything, everywhere, all the time. Often seen wearing simple leather armour over plain cloth shirts.

Personal history

All that is known about Uthemar is that he originally hails from one of the undercities of the Underdark and came up from the below several hundred years ago, he is believed to be among the first of the Drow to come back up from the Underdark after they descended after the Landing.
In recent years he has begun to exhibit symptoms associated to Cold Lung, though he is quick to shut down concerns about his condition, he seems to be gradually degrading in health as per the expecting trajectory of the disease's progression.
That is all that is know about the man, he is so private that he is even reluctant to inform people of his name unless they probe him relentlessly.

Employment

At present, and for the last few hundred years, Uthemar has been the proprietor of The Dark Hound, but it is believed that he also has roots in The Requisition, though given his private personality it is impossible to say for sure.

Morality & Philosophy

Seemingly, Uthemar has rather flexible morals and is willing to open up his tavern establishment to all manner of criminals without judgement for their actions or character, so long as they pay and behave they get drinks and a room.
