Officer Ranks:
Captain Commander:
There are only 2 Captain Commanders in the Rune Keepers, 1 is located in Tor Uviel and 1 is in Horizon.
Commander:
There is a Commander in each major settlement of the Rune Keepers (Tor Alyn, Tor Uviel, Malmos, Horizon - formerly Gatewatch).
Lieutenant Commander:
Each Commander has at least 2 Lieutenants up to a maximum of 4. Each Lieutenant Commander is given control of a sector of guard forces in a settlement.
Captain:
Each sector of guard forces additionally has a Captain who answers to their Lieutenant Commander.
Lieutenant:
Each Captain has up to 3 Lieutenants under their command.
