Peoples Classification Types

Mundane

Peoples who are incapable of wielding Magic, no matter how hard they try. Mundanes are resistant to iron, and are capable of telling untruths.  

Fey

Peoples who are innately capable of using Magic. Fey are vulnerable to iron, and are incapable of telling untruths.  

Channeler

Peoples who, while not innately capable of using Magic, are capable of learning how to use it with enough time and effort. Channelers become vulnerable to iron after learning Magic, but are capable of telling untruths no matter what.  

Lightweight

Part of the classification of a Race. Races and Sub-Races that are considered Lightweight weigh less than 100 pounds on average. Races and Sub-Races that are classified as Lightweight include Ababils, Adhene and Inchlings.  

Midweight

Part of the classification of a Race. Races and Sub-Races that are considered Midweight weigh between 100 and 450 pounds on average. Races and Sub-Races that are classified as Midweight include Elfs, Dwarves and Aamani.  

Heavyweight

Part of the classification of a Race. Races and Sub-Races that are considered Heavyweight weigh between 450 and 1200 pounds on average. Races and Sub-Races that are classified as Heavyweight include Actaeon, Galatea and Centaurs.  

Superweight

Part of the classification of a Race. Races and Sub-Races that are considered Superweight weigh over 1200 pounds on average. Races and Sub-Races that are classified as Superweight include Giants.  

Terrian

Part of the classification of a Race. Races that are considered Terrian need to live on land more than in water. Races that are classified as Terrian include Dwarves, Orcs, Aamani and Actaeon.  

Aquarian

Part of the classification of a Race. Races that are considered Aquarian need to live more in water than on land. Races that are classified as Aquarian include Cecaelia, Merrow and Merfolk.  

Mixed Environment

Part of the classification of a Race. Races that are considered Mixed Environment are capable of living both on land, and in the water with minimal difficulties. Races that are classified as Mixed Environment include Abalones and Nereans.  

Esoteric Reproduction

Part of the classification of a Race. Races with the label of Esoteric Reproduction have a reproductive method that is considered outside of the official norm; it can range anywhere from minor changes to major differences. Races that are classified with the label of Esoteric Reproduction include Wicca, Zuijin and most Nymphs.  

Anthros

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Anthro are Races that resemble Beasts, though the exact resemblance and level of resemblance depends on the specific Race. Races that are classified as Anthro include Actaeon, Minotaurs and Lamiae.  

Constructed

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Constructed are those who have been made in a way that isn't biological. All Constructed Races are also labelled with Esoteric Reproduction. Races that are classified as Constructed include Galatea, Synthetics and Golems.  

Faerys

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Faery are those with primarily insectoid-like physiology, and are most obviously characterized by their carapace-like skin. Races that are classified as Faery include Elfs, Adhene and Sprites.  

Magic-Dependent

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Magic-Dependent are those that rely on a certain amount of ambient Magic in their environment in order to survive, and without it will perish. Races that are classified as Magic-Dependent include Kopflos and Mystics.  

Near-Humans

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Near-Human are those that heavily resemble the exctinct group of Peoples known as Humans - at least externally - but have one or two major differences externally. Races that are classified as Near-Human include Dodomeki, Four Eyes and Nereans.  

Nymphs

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Nymph are primarily characterized by their long lives, odd reproductive methods and their effeminate appearances while still being sexless. Races that are classified as Nymphs include Naiadas, Hamadryads, Maenads and Lampads.  

Pteri

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Pteri are those with biology that is reminiscent of birds or other flying Beasts, though flight isn't a requisite to be classified as a Pteri. Races that are classified as Pteri include Ababils, Adhene and Zzyk.  

Quadra

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Quadra are those who have a humanoid-esq upper body, but a lower body that is reminiscent of a Beast. Races that are classified as Quadra include Centaurs, Abaia, Cervitaurs and Urmahlullu.  

Realmtouched

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Realmtouched are those who have been affected by the Magic in their environment to the point of it changing their biology significantly. Races that are classified as Realmtouched include Ifrits, Burrowers, Nereans and Wildlings.  

Shapeshifters

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Shapeshifter are those who are capable of changing their shape and appearance without any external help. Races that are classified as Shapeshifter include Doppelgangers and Beastkin.  

Solitary

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Solitary are those who, unlike most other Peoples, don't form concrete social bonds with other members of their Race. The exact nature of this can vary, ranging from simply only raising their children to forming temporary seasonal bonds to rarely ever forming any sort of bond. Races that are classified as Solitary include Felidae and Mycelians.  

Strongbuilds

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Strongbuild are those with overall larger builds (consisting of either fat or muscle) with the specific height range of 7 to 9 feet tall, which is accompanied by near-black bones and having either having tusks or horns. There are only 3 total Races that are classified as Strongbuilds, which are Orcs (Tusks), Ogres (Horns) and Onis (Both Horns and Tusks).  

Subterraneans

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Subterranean are those that are primarily found underneath the ground, and have specific adaptations for that purpose. Races that are classified as Subterranean include Dwarves and Zzyk.  

Uplifted

Part of the classification of a Race, and a specific Sub-Set of Races. Races that are considered Uplifted are those who originally started out as Beasts, but have somehow managed to gain sapience. Races considered Uplifted include Hobgoblins and Beastkin.
