Personal history

Augustus was born to lowly impoverished nobles. as soon as he could walk he learned how to fight. when he became an adult he planned on following his fathers career path and join the imperial navy. Right before he was going to enlist his father caught The Blue sickness and died then his mother took her own life leaving him alone to take care of his two younger brothers.
he decided that they should all join the 9th Imperial legion. he quickly rose through the ranks with his brothers until he was commander of the 9th legion. his brother eventually led their own legions and when Brutus kranus died without an heir he and his brothers took The Marble city. when Augustus took the city he forced Council of 500 to crown him Emperor of The Divine Imperium.
after his coronation Augustus led The Imperial legions to the border lands and won many battles. it was after the battle of the red trail he made all the border lords crown him as king. As a way to keep the border Lords happy he married a woman from the border kingdoms and forced his brothers and genrals to do the same. with the border lands secured August Humbled the wildlanders at the battle of the Iron Road where he personally lead a Calvary charge into the center of the wildlanders. After these Victories he took his army home.
peace was rather boring for Augustus and after roughly 2 decades at peace He marched his personal 9th legion far into the Northlands and subjugated the northern tribes then had his brothers take their legions and meet him in the east where he drove his army into the Eastern Republics. the Fight with the technologically superior Republics was long fought but eventually even they where brought to their knees. with a new launching off point the far east seemed like a likely conquest so Augustus recruited barbarians from the Northman and the The Wildlands and pushed into the Far east but progress was slow and the border kings started to rise in revolt so Augustus was forces to make peace and turn around. After marching all the way to the border kingdoms he fought a great battle at the Town of white bridge where he slayed Baron Oragar the 1st after almost 7 years of campaigning he was forced to return to The Marble city
The realm was at peace and was growing wealthy off of its recent conquest but Augustus felt empty inside and was slowly growing depressed like something was missing from his life. when the host of Elves arrived in the year 4046 Augustus leapt into action and chose to lead the vanguard of his forces to crush the Elves as they landed. after almost 3 years of conflict the Elves Where beaten back and the realm was once again at peace. the night of the victory Feast the great Emperor Passed away in his sleep in 4049
