Goliath

Goliath is a more primative form of communication and in its spoken form is not a very accurate spoken language. Many words are vague and some have no specific meaning.   (In written form it is somewhere between cave paintings and Egyptian pictographs.)   Because their form of writing originally was not used for communicating but to tell stories everything written is in the form of a story.   Instead of saying "to make a sword you heat metal and hit it with a hammer for a while" Goliath would be a long series of pictographs depicting a blacksmith working with the metal and slowly forging a sword. it would take a while to read a book written in Goliath. but you would get a lot more detail. Because of the long time it would take to make the drawings, Goliath's would only make them if they said something important and they would make sure it was accurate and detailed, unlike their spoken language.
