By Nature may we bind,

Rogue Dragon & the Druidic Council of Elders in truth and balance. In spirit we do so observe that any justice find these words binding from this point onward.

The Druidic Council of Elders relinquishes claim above Rogue Dragon for city control and agrees to assimilate the faction into the city and guard as Nature would have. The guard will be at the command of Rogue Dragon, and henceforth Rogue Dragon will be responsible for the guardianship Talamandil.

If Rogue Dragon were to ever release Talamandil into the hands of another faction where this binding is not accepted, or no longer applies, the Druidic Council of Elders reserves the claim of the city and to regain the guard for the protection thereof.

Rogue Dragon permits three members of the Druidic Council of Elders to stand as representatives for the city, the Council and of Nature in equality with the leadership of Rogue Dragon; Representatives who will remain at all times within the City limits and have the ability to make decisions on behalf of Rogue Dragon in times of dire need.

Finally, if by majority of the citizens, majority of the Druidic Council of Elders and unanimously by the Representatives, Rogue Dragon is considered to be unfavorable then the Druidic Council of Elders may replace the claimant faction, Rogue Dragon temporarily with the City of Druids Guard until the formation of a suitable resolution.
