The Hoods of Ivory
The Hoods of Ivory is a name only mentioned in the darkest alleys of Tog Darahl. If their name comes up in public it is only in someone's dying breath. They have a reputation for being able to obtain anything for anyone, provided enough coin. Though getting a hold of them is a mystery unto itself. It is whispered among those in power that anywhere where magical power still resides you will find an Elephant operating.
Structure
The organization is ruled by a single mysterious leader whom most members have never seen. Below them are a circle of officers each in charge of a region or a particular aspect of that organization. Each officer manages its branch in its own idiosyncratic way so there is no set hierarchy for the organization as a whole.
Culture
The Hoods of Ivory focus on making sure their members are either very accomplished thieves or mages. They often recruit people they believe have potential and spend their resources training them to their full potential. They try to nab students from the university whenever they can, luring them in with the promise of unimpeded research and access to untold resources. Recruits are lured in with the promise of adventure and then during their time in the organization they start to be acclimated to the organizations other purposes. Dealing more with destabilization of regions and regimes than pursuing magical artefacts for the sake of it.

Assets
The organization is quite wealthy and well-connected. They have some manner of presence in most cities in Tog Darahl and have a few exclusive outposts where their more important members are housed.
History
The exact origin of the organization is rather mysterious. But many of the original founders were brought together by a fey creature who guided them to some ancient ruins, the first haul of the guild which still resides in some of their outposts.
