Thunderbird

Thunderbirds are majestic large birds that have their nests in the Thunderpeaks. These rare creatures have a shy nature, stay mostly to themselves but are capable to fend of attackers if needed. They share a connection to the Storms even going so far that they are able to control them. 
Thunderbirds are highly sought after beasts that fecht an extremely high price on the Black market, be it a living specimen, eggs or just parts of it.  Anpitan is known for paying high prices for eggs and birds, as they use them power some of their strange experiments with them.  Because of all this and the fact that the birds don't lay eggs outside of the Thunderpeaks or in imprisonment, they have almost been brought to the brink of extinction.
