Aarmel

Aarmel is a flourishing Flodvertian town, located at the western shores on the hillside of the Windy Tips. Due it's location it grew in size over the years and became an important harbor town of Flodvert. Due to the growth of the city, the city walls must be regularly expanded. As a result, the city is divided into variously sized districts, which are separated from each other by walls. This could make it difficult for an attacking force to occupy the city. The buildings of the inhabitants of the city are painted in various different colors and after the black plague of 2803, high value is placed on cleanliness.
The surrounding region is characterized by the grape vines that cover the hills, the fresh sea air, countless flowers and plants and the hospitable inhabitants. The climate is mild and mostly sunny, perfect conditions for wine making for wich the population has a great pride in and many traditions surrounding it. Every year on the 15th of Mirtul Winemakers from the surrounding areas flood the city for 3 days of celebration of their Wines and excellent food. 


Aarmel s a commercial and industrial center, with industries including food production, woodworking and beautiful pottery. It is also noted for its production of Flodvertian wine, including world-famous Brolais Adega. Aarmel is also known as the "Centre of Art and Culture" wich attracts creative people from all over Essairoth.

The towns demographic is mostly made up by Humans of various ethnicity, and due to it's status as a trade hub and culture you can find races from all over Essairoth with a substantial population of Elves that have their own district.
