While there are minimal medical applications, this concoction is used rather frequently by practitioners of Necromancy and Old World Magics. In polite society Unholy Water is rarely mentioned as the process of making it is rather unseemly leading many to believe that doing so is against the will of the Gods and as sure could incur their wrath.
As the process finding the right ration of decomposed body part to Holy Water is extremely delicate, it is suggested that a priest, undertaker, cleric, or paladin assist in the creation of Unholy Water or buy it direct (although finding sellers is equally as difficult).

Manufacturing process

Unholy water may be created by mixing holy water and zombie dust or humanoid remains that have been exhumed from a body that has been dead for more than a week. Unholy water may also be used as an ingredient in herbalism brews, poisons, or potions.
