History & Lore

Modernity is on full display inside Luxe. Combining the best technology, skills, and craftsmanship from every other culture, Luxe has set itself aside at the literal gold standard in lodging accommodations. While it is no longer the largest hotel in Espen, as Noir has captured that distinction, what is known as the "crown jewel" of Twinnam does not disappoint. With over 300,000 GP allocated to its construction, it still remains the single most expensive endeavor in Espen history.
The grande hall in the main foyer is home to La Fresco De Xillo. A massive series of three paintings, set into the monolithic wall by Colver Xillo during the hotel's construction. Described as a colossal work in scope and scale, the paintings are each 30 feet tall and 15 feet wide depicting defining moments in human history. Once past the grande hall one could find any number of luxurious accommodations from single rooms (themed seasonally) to the multi-room villas overlooking the city via a magnificent walk out deck and accommodating pools.
While the lodging, in and of itself would have made the Luxe a destination, the ornate and enchanted leisure rooms to which guests are given full access create a respite unlike any other in Espen that truly separates the guest from any of the troubles or preoccupations of the outside world.

Management:

As one of the few locations in Twinnam not fully owned by humans, the Luxe Management Group is a collection of saavy investors, craftsmen, and artifacers that designed and funded the Luxe Hotel. Their Chief Executor, a genasi by the name of Po Temeric is considered by many to be one of the finer curators of antiquities and vanguard of the elemental art form known as Creatise. Having studied at the The Runeic College in Vitalinas, Po was familiar with both new world and old world arts and could speak intelligently on both subjects.
His more recently published works From Fire, With Fire and The Transmogrification of Stone have become critical successes and led to numerous speaking arrangement as well as a travelling play that tours the surrounding villages entitled "Goodbye Temeric."
