It's A Trap Inn and Commongoods

History:

It's a TARP had gained support from a number of citizens and had somewhat of a cult following among outdoorsmen. They traveled from city to city selling premiere tarps but finally saved enough for a storefront.  Ownership set about building a 2-story, 2,000 sq. ft. emporium for tents, tarps, and camping supplies.  After all Tect Tart was one of the premiere outdoorswomen of the north.  The Kobold Dispatch in Nin did a full-page spread on just last year. 
Unfortunately, Tece's dream of owning her own tent emporium was ruined. On the day the Dwarven stonemasons showed up to do her rather expensive signage, a 30'x10' inlaid stone display outside the business she had taken ill.  In her place, her wife, Sybil, a sweet, passionate, loving, dyslexic, Elf. She, unfortunately, inserted herself in the build, repositioning this, moving that, and generally being in the way. When the last stone was set, and the builders were on their way back to Nin she summoned Tece who had finally gotten over her illness.  Tece stood dumbfounded as she looked at the massive sign that in big, bold, letters read: IT'S A TRAP!
Needless to say, Sybil spends a great deal of time making up for her mistake.

Ownership:

Sybil and Tece managed to salvage the relationship.  They hadn't sold a tent in nearly a year, and the business was in steady decline following the sign debacle so they decided to shift their business model. Sybil has always fancied herself something of a hostess and entertainer so she suggested they make the switch from tent emporium to bed and breakfast. They used the unsold tents to accept guests while they made the switch. It was quirky but it worked and now It's a TRAP is one of busiest inns in Espen.
