Delphi's Den of Divination

Standing sentry outside of Delphi's Den is Caveat Emptor, a loyal member of Delphi's followers. Caveat is who individuals have to deal with in order to get a reading from Delphi. She was considered to be no one of significance and was turned away from her desired role and trainings at the Cathedral at Cliffhold by the Apostle Queen. Following her dismissal, she spiraled and ended up homeless, which is when she wandered into Delphi's whereupon receiving her reading, her life was transformed into something of significance (according to her).
Once one makes it past Caveat, they are required to pay a "tribute", for many the experience ends there, unwilling or unable to pay the tribute they simply forgo their reading, though some never recover from being so close and ultimately end up trading their time, goods, services, or in some cases their homes simply to receive their readings, effectively indenturing them to Delphi until their debt was paid. 
If one could make it past Caveat and deliver the tribute they would be rewarded with their readings. Thousands have come through her doors to receive their readings, and though rumors abound, there is a stigma attached to discussing your readings with others.  Some say that is merely a superstition, while the more prudent Dwarves in the city call the entire gambit "a futile attempt to steel oneself against the inherent uncertainty and randomness of the world," it hasn't prevented a daily line nearing triple digits outside of Delphi's hoping for a chance to have their readings.

Ownership

Little is known about Delphi herself, save her near prophetic abilities there are few who are willing to cross her. Even the Apostle Queen keeps her distance as dwarves hold a deep superstition and kingdoms have been lost on the word of fortunetellers.
