Angar's "Risk" Management is the bane of most of the southern cities. After striking a deal with the Greenhook Family Commission to never provide their services for any person, business, or establishment within Nattan Mal, they directed their efforts elsewhere. They deal in information and specialized tools though if asked they simply respond with their default answer "We provide a service for those in need."
Need to track a caravan across the county? Come to Angars. Need to know the movements of a particular Ashen Elder? Come to Angars Need to overthrow a king? Bring a lot of gold, and come to Angars.

Ownership

Angar had spent time in a variety of other cities, each time he was kindly asked to leave the city limits at spear point by local guards. This is until his time in Everhold City, when its rumored that he came into contact with the leaders of the Rouge State. Supposedly a deal was struck and Angar received an armed escort back to Nattan Mal, where he began operating.
No one knows the exact terms of the deal that was struck, but since that day it's suspected that Angar supplies nearly half of the Rogue State with the necessary "tools" of their trade. One aspect of the deal that became overtly clear a few years ago is the 24/7 protection order on Angar by the Rogue State. When a would-be assassin showed up in his office, the vagabond many thought to be a homeless man turned out to be one of the Rogue State's finest marksmen. The assassins efforts were thwarted as were any ideas of further aggression towards Angar.
