All must follow Vakdar, for under his rule the world will be reborn, all that do not follow are to be made slaves of our dark lord, by slaving those weaker than yourself you increase your strength and power, make all bow before Vakdar.
The Slaver is the second in command of Vakdar, and the main source of true evil warlocks.
