The Astral Sea is the largest known current of aether floating eternal through The Void. No one knows how The Astral Sea formed but it is speculated that over time the magic pulls of different currents coalesced into the larger current we know today. It is very important for the beginner Interplanar Traveler to not stumble into The Astral Sea as they might end up accidentally slipping into a plane they do not mean to.
