Umberto is a 5th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). He knows the following sorcerer spells: Cantrips (at will): chill touch, mage hand 1st level (4 slots): fog cloud, mage armor, thunderwave 2nd level (3 slots): mirror image, misty step 3rd level (2 slots): fear
Brave. Umberto has advantage on saving throws against being frightened. Chilling Mist. Umberto projects an aura of cold mist within 10 feet of himself. If Umberto deals damage to a creature in this area, the creature also takes 5 (roll:1d10) cold damage.
Multiattack. Umberto makes two melee attacks. Frostbrand. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (roll:2d6+3) slashing damage plus (roll:1d10+1d6) cold damage. Flintlock Pistol. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d10+ 4) piercing damage. Eye of Frost. Umberto casts ray of frost from his missing eye. If it hits, the target is also restrained. A target restrained in this way can end the condition by using an action, succeeding on a DC 13 Strength check. Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, Umberto can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand Umberto. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if Umberto is incapacitated.
Parry. Umberto adds 2 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, Umberto must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
