Orc Lands- Hill and Jungle

• The orcs have always been known as fearsome (if undisciplined) warriors. The spirits who became the orcs, in the dawn times, were not content to live under the rule of the kingdom, and ventured west, till they crossed the great shield mountains. There some of the clans passed into the hill-lands that make cover the lands from mountains to coast. Others passed north into the dark jungles that cover the land.
  
  
• Hill Orcs- Here they continued to live their tribal brutal lifestyles, with different clans and tribes settling in the isolated fertile valleys. In doing so the different tribes have remained quite independent of each other. Their raids are as often targeted at each other as they are at the kingdom. They prize bravery above all else, and young orcs are known to venture into the wild till they tame a wild beast. Many hill orc warriors are known to venture and fight with animal companions
  
  
• Jungle Orcs- those tribes that traveled north found and even more alien and dangerous environment, the dark and deadly jungles of Arak. Unlike the hills orcs, this unforgiving landscape forced the orcs to adapt and to join together. In the first point, the orc tribes of the jungle have learned to build their villages in harmony with the jungles, vines becoming living houses, rivers serving as roads and even using giant insect shells for clothing and equipment. But as mentioned, this need for unity has also lead to more cooperation between the tribes. In more recent times this has led to larger confederations of tribes who are able to launch much more serious raids and attacks on the borders of the Kingdom
