The Great Wyrmdragon
Best known as the creator of the Kobold race, the deity known only as The Great Wyrmdragon is an oddity even among the gods. Its own worshippers know nothing about it except that it is a dragon god with a chaotic nature, making up the rest as they go, and as a result it has forgotten everything else about itself and its own origins, including its own name. Because it intentionally created the kobolds to be born knowing only these things about it, it is unclear whether it was a victim of its own prank or if this end result was part the plan all along.
Creation of the Kobolds
The Great Wyrmdragon is the patron god and creator of the Kobold race, although it is difficult to find two groups of kobolds who agree on its description or nature. When it created them, possibly as a joke, it made it so every kobold was born knowing nothing of it except that it was their god, a dragon, was called the Great Wyrmdragon, and that they should seek out places of power to allow it to empower and change their eggs. As a result of this, and because while kobolds might be born knowing that it is a dragon, most only have a vague idea as to what exactly a dragon is, every kobold has a slightly different idea as to the appearance and nature of their god.
Because the form and nature of a god is affected by the beliefs of its worshippers, The Great Wyrmdragon has long since lost any idea of it's original history, identity, appearance, and name, and it isn't clear whether or not this was its original intention. Its appearance is that of an ever shifting combination of every dragon which has ever existed or been imagined by a kobold, usually several at the same time, although when appearing to its worshippers it typically appears as their own vision of what a dragon should look like.
Worship
While the Great Wyrmdragon is worshipped by all manner of beings, the overwhelming majority of its devotees are kobolds and the nature of their worship has literally shaped the identity and nature of their god.
Kobolds
The Great Wyrmdragon's most beloved (and only) children, kobolds represent nearly all of the draconic god's worshippers. Born knowing that their god is a dragon called The Great Wyrmdragon and little else about it, Kobolds are left to their own devices when it comes to figuring out their god's appearance, nature, and how to worship it. Kobolds know that laying their eggs near places of power will cause their offspring to be born with traits inherited from that source and attribute this to their god, making it a central part of their worship.
Because Kobolds tend to attribute the source of power that they live near as The Great Wyrmdragon, their opinion as to the nature of their god reflects this, for instance kobolds who live near a nexus of earth elemental power believe that The Great Wyrmdragon is a god of the earth. Kobolds who lack a source of power will often adopt the belief that the predominant local gods are in fact The Great Wyrmdragon, because why would everyone else be worshipping them if they weren't. The power generated by the worship of Kobolds who believe that the local gods are The Great Wyrmdragon goes to their god and not to the local gods, much to the consternation of the gods in question.
Other Beings
While kobolds make up the overwhelming majority of The Great Wyrmdragon's devotees, it does have worshippers from a great variety of other races. Any chaotically inclined being who thinks that dragons are neat is a potential worshipper, and it even counts many fae among that number. The Great Wyrmdragon is known to spend a good deal of time in the fae realms, and some believe that the wiping of its identity via the creation of the kobold race may have been a prank played by the faeries on the god rather than a plan of its own making.
