Revival Pods (Brought to you by ReviveCorp)

"Life and death in the palm of my hands."- Bickle Grifonsback Founder of ReviveCorp.

"Have you recently died? Thats a shame, a shame indeed. Perhaps consider ReviveCorps Revival Pods!"
Revival pods: Golden pods engraved with heavy magical runes and driven by potent magicks.   How it works: Body goes into the revival pod. The pod uses latent Divine energy left over from the Night of Sorrows to resurrect the fallen comrade.   Created by ReviveCorp: Founded in 1290 AC ReviveCorp seeks to turn the tables on loss of life due to fallen adventurers, assassination attempts and political rivalries.   Disclaimer*: Revivecorp is not responsible for any madness, loss of limbs, sudden euphoria or dismemberment due to revival pods. User discretion is advised.         Mechanical Uses for Players: You insert a dead humanoid that has been dead for no more than a week (seven Days), that didn't die of old age, and that isn't Undead into the Revival Pod. If its soul is willing and otherwise free of various contracts and claims on the soul, the target returns to life with all its health and vigor. The humanoid recalls any experiences of afterlife. And has a choice of whether to return.   This process neutralizes any poisons and cures normal diseases afflicting the creature when it died.   This process closes all mortal wounds and restores any missing body parts.   Coming back from the dead is a harrowing experience. Roll 1d100, on a roll less than 10 the process fails, On a roll 11-20, the creature returns to life but is stricken with temporary madness. On a roll higher than 21 but less than 50 the creature returns to life without madness and is temporarily in a weakened state. On a roll higher than 50 the creature returns to life as normal.

Utility

Uses: Reviving dead corpses no longer than seven days after death. Any attempts after the seven day timeline will result in catastrophic dismemberment of the corpse.
