The Collective "Identity Thieves"
The Collective is a group of Spirits who have the ability to change their appearance into that of other creatures. They use this ability to infiltrate other societies in an effort to gain power and influence. They also sell their services to others who can afford their rates. So far they have not made too much of an impact on the Material Plane but their agents have started to maneuver in the societies of humans, elves, and dwarves.

For anyone not inside of the Collective it appears is if their agenda is to collect as much wealth and Essence for some purpose.
Military
Every single member is trained in swordsmanship and magic. They do not come together in units and will never engage in open warfare.
