Consuming this tea allows the imbiber to stay awake for 3 days with no ill effects until the fourth day. In the morning they still gain the effects of a long rest.
On the morning of the fourth day the imbiber must make a Constitution saving throw DC 15. If they fail they suffer a point of exhaustion. If they fail by 5 or more they suffer 2 points of exhaustion. If they fail by 10 or more they suffer 3 points of exhaustion.
