When you hit with an attack with this weapon the target must make a Wisdom saving throw. The save is 10+ your proficiency bonus+charisma score. On a failure, the target takes an additional 2d6 psychic damage from voices muttering in the target's head.
The pommel's mouth is always whispering to its wielder, causing them to have disadvantage on stealth rolls.
