The Staff of the Sun Lord belonged to an ancient spirit who resides in the Desert of Ruins.   This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. While you hold it, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls.   The wielder has dark vision 120 ft if they did not already. They will also have immunity to radiant damage and resistance to necrotic damage.   The Staff has 20 charges. As a free action, the wielder can cast light. While holding the staff the wielder can use an action to expand charges and do the following actions.   Blinding Light (1 charge). Every creature of the wielder's choice within 30 feet must make a Constitution saving throw, DC 16, or be blinded for 1 minute. They can make another saving throw at the end of their turns. Any creature that does not have eyes is not affected by this.   Light of Radiance (3 charges). Summoning the burning light of the sun in a straight line 30 ft. long. Any creature within that line must make a Dexterity saving throw DC 17 or take 8d6 radiant damage and catch fire.   Meteor Swarm (9 charges). The wielder can cast meteor swarm as an action. The Spell Save DC is 17.   The staff regains all expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff bursts into flames, and every creature within 10 feet must make a dexterity Saving throw DC 18 or take 8d6 fire damage. The Staff then reforms with all charges.
