You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, as an action, you can begin moving the scimitar in front of you in a fleeting, dizzying speed. Any creature that can see you within 90 ft. must make a Wisdom Saving throw DC 16. On a failure they suffer the effects of a confusion. Once you use this feature, you can not use it again until you finish a short rest. Proficiency with a scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it
