Ring of the Mole

No one is really sure who crafted this strange magical item but it is generally believed to be the dwarves so they could better dig in the earth.

Uncommon Requires Attunement

When attuned to it you gain a burrow speed of 30 feet and blindsense. As an action the wearer commands the ring to turn into a tiny mole. The attuned can sense what the mole can senses. A free action changes the mole back into a ring that the attuned can wear. If the mole is killed it reverts to a ring and can not change into a mole for one weeks time.
