Maddening Whispers. Any creature within 10 feet of the quillan must make a Wisdom saving throw DC 14 at the start of their turn. If they fail they must use their turn to attack an ally within range. Once they succeed they are immune to the quillan's maddening whispers for 24 hours.
Actions
Multiattack. The quillan makes two kick attacks.
Kick. Melee weapon attack, +4 to hit, 4 (1d4+2) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed a strength saving throw dc 12 or be pushed 10 feet back.
These small demons have large powerful hind legs that are covered in snake scales and smaller clawed front claws. It has a hound-like face with jaws that unhinge like a snake. Two eye stocks sit on the shoulders of the creature; swiveling every way.
