Jealous at his brother Velven's success, Krav tried to imitate the Velven's Valuable Mac and Cheese but instead made a horrible dish that caused intense pain and suffering in its consumer.

This bowl of Mac and Cheese appears to be a bowl of Velven's Magnificent Mac and Cheese but anyone who consumes it must make a Constitution saving throw DC 16. On failure, they suffer a bout of explosive diarrhea. They take 5d12 poison damage and 5d12 psychic damage. They are also rendered prone and are unable to stand for 1 hour. If they fail by 10 or more they are shape changed into a bowl of Mac and Cheese for 24 hours.
Only a survival check DC 25 can distinguish this from a bowl of Velven's Valuable Mac and Cheese.
Once the Krav's Imitation Mac and Cheese is consumed, it is gone.
