Using an action you can light the incense and smoke fills a cube 20 by 20 for 1 minute. When you light it you can choose any creatures who are immune to this item. Any creature that starts their turn or enters the incense cloud for the first time must make a Wisdom Saving throw DC 16 or begin laughing uncontrollably. They have disadvantage on all attack rolls, attack rolls have advantage on them, and they have disadvantage on strength and dexterity saving throws, and can not cast spells. At the end of their turn they can make the Wisdom saving throw again. On a success they are immune to this effect for 24 hours. You can use this item 3 times before the incense is completely burned out.
