Homestead Spirits

Locations and homes can sometimes grow to have Essence of their own. When this happens a Spirit evolves who are simply known as "homestead spirits", when a new inhabitant comes to reside and claim ownership over the location the spirit will craft a name that they view is comforting to the new inhabitant.
These Spirits will help the inhabitants in managing the home, making sure it remains in good repair, greeting guests, and managing the affairs if they are gone. They can not make decisions about the future of the location on their own and rely on the owners to do so.
