Fochar Kraline

Among the inhabitants of Outrag there are many powerful beings that command respect and fear. One of the most feared is the Vampire Exarch Fochar Kraline. Ogres by themselves are fearsome fighters and spellcasters, and Fochar's conversion made him even more terrifying.
There is a rumor that Fochar knew that the ogre's were going to fail in the war against the Wizards of the Isle of Mystrium. He sought out the First Vampire to turn him in a hope for more power to fight the wizards.
