The elemental has the following druid spells prepared: Cantrips (at will): guidance, infestation, poison spray, resistance 1st level (4 slots): charm person, Entangle, Faerie Fire, thunderwave 2nd level (3 slots): flaming sphere, hold person, Wither and Bloom 3rd level (2 slots): Call lightning, Summon Fey
Nature's Knowledge. The elemental adds its Wisdom modifier to its nature rolls.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two vine whip attacks Spell Attack. +6 to hit, range 30 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (2d6) [poison] damage plus the target must make a Wisdom saving throw DC 14 or fall asleep. At the end of their turn, they can repeat the saving throw or when they take damage. Nature's Curse (recharge 5 or 6). A creature the elemental can see must make a Wisdom saving throw DC 14. If they fail they take 4d6 necrotic damage and are cursed by the elemental. The elemental makes all attack rolls at advantage for one minute and knows the target's location until they die or go to another plane of existence. The elemental has disadvantage on all other targets except for one that is cursed.
