Earador

The South Western region of the Mortal Realm is a land of adventure and contention. It is a highly magical realms; arcane magic flourishes here on the Isle of Mystrium where it is said that the study of the arcane arts began.
In truth, the land is home to the Fonts of Magic; special places where the elements of magic flow into the Mortal Plane from the Eternal Domain. This makes it so that Arcane magic functions best in this region as opposed to the other regions of Erthos. Arcane spellcasters in other regions find it more difficult to cast spells.

Game Play:

Arcane Magic functions normally in the region of Earador. In the other three regions of Erthos arcane magic has a 5% chance of failure, except for cantrips.
