Innate Spellcasting. The Torturer's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). The torturer can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Multiattack. The torturer makes two chain attack and one fist of agony attack. Chain. Melee weapon attack. +6 to hit. reach 10 ft. one target. Hit: 8 (1d10+3) bludgeoning damage. Fist of Agony. Melee and ranged weapon attack. +7 to hit. Range 5-60 ft. Hit. 9 (3d6) necrotic damage and the target must make a wisdom saving throw DC 14. On a failure, they take a point of agony. At the beginning of their turn, they take damage equal to how many points of agony they have. This effect can only be removed with the "remove curse" spell.
Shared Agony. When the Torturer takes damage, every creature within 10 feet of him must make a wisdom saving throw DC 14. The Torturer inflicts damage to all the creatures who fail to a total of the damage that he took.
