Cursed of Huarral

Huarral "Spirit of Disease and Decay" crafted a poison that slowly killed those who ingested it. Those who died from its effects would find their bodies horribly transformed upon their death.   These creatures hunt the living and constantly seek to spread their infection. They appear like the creatures who were poisoned by Huarral's minions. Green poison runs through their veins.

Diseased Trail. When the cursed walks they leaves a trail of disease. Any 5-foot square the cursed touched since the end of its last turn is cursed. If a creature enters one of these spaces it takes 1 point of poison damage.

Actions

Multiattack. The cursed makes two claw attacks.   Diseased Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) [slashing] damage plus 3 poison damage.

Reactions

Bursting Sore. When the cursed is hit with an attack it can burst the pustulating sores on its body. Any creature within 5 feet must make a dexterity saving throw (DC 12). On a failure they are diseased with the Curse of Haurral.

This creature was once a human but now its lean frame seems as if the skin has been ripped off and the streaky red flesh is covered in oozing sores and blisters. Its skeletal face leers at its target, wanting nothing more than too spread the disease that creeps in its claws.
