As an action, you can cause these bracers to grow over your hands, transforming your arms and hands into dragon claws for 1 minute. Your strength increases to 20 and you gain a claw attack as an action. You use your strength bonus when making attacks with this claw and it deals 4d12 piercing damage which is magical damage. When you hit with an attack the creature must make a Wisdom Saving throw DC 16 or become frightened of you for 1 minute. It can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn.These two leather bracers are crafted from the arm scales of a dragon. They are imbued with the powers of a dragon.
