When you enclose this bracelet on a creatures wrist they lose the ability to cast spells for as long as it remains on their wrist. You do have a key that you can use to unlock the the bracelets or the character that is wearing it can make a Wisdom Saving throw DC 16 every hour. On a successful save they can remove the bracelet. On a failure they take 3d6 psychic damage and are stunned for 1d6 rounds.A bracelet made of several gemstones with arcane writing etched into the gold band.
