All-Seeing Hag Agan (a.k.a. The Peeper)
Deep within the Swamp of Illisium there lives a hag by the name of Agan. She is known for her abilities as a seer and will sometimes be sought out by mortals to gain prophecies and advice.
Unlike other hags, she is not part of a coven by conventional senses. She managed to seal her sisters within a pair of crystals and regularly drains them of the Essence. This allows her to cast the magic that only covens can wield.
