Void Energy
Being one of the oldest forces of Creation, Void Energy belongs to the mystical energies and represents nothingness. Compared to other mystical energies, void particles have a very low concentration in most places except the Void Dimension.
Higher concentration of void particles lead to something usually called void contamination. Contamination starts with the slow disappearance of life energ in the area and then leads to a portal into the Void Dimension. From the portal more void energy leaks out increasing the life draining area. If the area becomes big enough more portals can open further increasing the speed of the contamination. If not stopped the contamination spreads over the whole whole turning it into a lifeless rock and entering its final stage. At this point the phenomenon can't be stopped and the whole world slowly collapses into the void portals leaving nothing behind.
There are several void spells but mastering them is nearly impossible as the smallest mistake consumes the magician. Weaker souls are also destroyed during such a backlslash. All known void spells are of a destructive nature and can result in void contamination of either the magician or its surroundings.
